View detail button of update log card is malfunctioning

Describe the bug

when we click on the view details button of update log card in the patient consultation page, it is been redirected to update log page of existing logs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/56de8619-ac54-4517-b38b-93b4f83249c3/patient/b51f618c-68b4-4ef0-9614-ad29e66131a9/consultation/21c361af-b7ae-43c2-84bb-0d8be011d013
2. Click on view details in any existing log update card
3. See error

Expected behavior

when we click on the view details button of log update card in the patient consultation page, it should be redirected to view detail page.
