Describe the bug

The summary tab is stretching the patient consultation page in mobile view, which make the user scroll to right side, to see the whole data.
the rhythm card is not fully shown in the mobile view on the summary tab of patient consultation page, feel like the card bottom is cut out

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/53a7266a-ed34-4616-85eb-7ae1be57d2cc/patient/a7181de0-5905-4195-88a3-4db4a82dccc3/consultation/e09124b8-0064-41ff-b10c-74c5150b0a6e/summary
Click on summary tab
Scroll down to bottom
See error

Expected behavior

the summary tab cards should be properly fit in mobile view.
the rhythm card should be fully visible in summary tab
