Store investigation object instead of just name in consultation form (investigation suggestions)

Describe the bug
Currently, we are only storing the investigation name.

We should

• convert the type value to an array of objects containing the investigation id, name, type ("group" or "investigation") and group (should contain the group object of the investigation)
• Make sure to amend the code wherever investigations are being shown.
