Selected Emergency status field malfunctioning in resource update page

Describe the bug

When we check the update resource page, the selected emergency status in the resource update page was not showing whether it was selected yes or no while creating it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/resource/fdb6fe06-cb91-4f87-b411-5c5393aee88f/update
2. See error in the field "Is this an emergency?"

Expected behavior

" Is this an emergency? " field should show the selected option during the resource creation in the update detail page
