Describe the bug

When we try to create a new patient using importing the external result, the datas are not getting auto-filled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.ohc.network/facility/1e8f3500-8a39-4fa6-a252-d3eeaab4e079/patient
  2. Click on import from external results
  3. Try to import a patient and See the error

Expected behavior

We should be able to create patient using the external results id
