Describe the bug

When i search user in the assign to volunteer pop-up, the droplist showing all option as green

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.ohc.network/facility/1193b6cb-0b31-47b8-8c5f-a5c819114359/patient/5ea5550d-acc3-426e-888f-42f0ed58b705
  2. Click on assign to volunteer
  3. Type user
  4. See error

Expected behavior

the effect should work properly
