Describe the bug
The Multiple bed toggle button is malfunctioning. When I tick checkbox and put some value higher than 1. Then I uncheck the box but the value is still equal to the higher value I set.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/657c32be-d584-476c-9ce2-0412f0e7692e/location/7f0c2bba-face-47f1-a547-87617a8c9b04/beds/add
  2. Click on Multiple Beds checkbox
  3. Set some high value for the number of beds
  4. Uncheck the Multiple Beds checkbox
  5. See error. If you go ahead and click Add Beds, multiple beds are created instead of 1.

Expected behavior
Whenever the user unchecks the Multiple beds option, the value of the number of beds field should be set to 1.
