Not able to unlink a skill for a user

Describe the bug
The user is not able to unlink the skills for any user. Instead, the form just closes without any warning.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/users
2. Click on Linked Skills of any user
3. Add a skill if not already added, then remove that skill.
4. In the popup click Unlink
5. See error

Expected behavior
The user should be able to unlink the skills from a user.
