Describe the bug
The Facility Image update shade effect goes out of its area on hover in mobile view.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/ea9a2fbe-74f3-446b-bdb0-e038766bfb09
  2. Open in mobile view
  3. Hover over the facility image section
  4. See error
