Sort daily rounds by Measured At instead of Created at

Describe the bug
Currently, log updates are sorted based on when the data entry was performed rather than the specified measured at date time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a log update with measured at that is before the previous log update

Expected behavior

• The log updates should be sorted based on the measured date instead of the created date.
• The card should show the "measured at" time instead of "created at"
