Describe the bug
Screen going completely blank when scan on ABHA linking workflow is enabled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to the Patient registration form
  2. Click on "Link ABHA No."
  3. Click on "Already have an ABHA No."
  4. Click on the option to scan QR Code
  5. The screen goes completely blank
  6. Upon refreshing, user is taken back to the Patient registration form

Expected behaviour
User should be able to scan the QR code on existing ABHA card and fetch the demographic details of the patients

  • OS: [e.g. iOS]: Mac
  • Browser [e.g. chrome, safari]: Chrome
