File is not getting reset after upload

Describe the bug

• When we upload a .png file from a Windows laptop, after the successful upload, the file name is not being reset

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

• after the successfully upload, the file name should reset
