!!! Remove the requirement of Asset Linkage when selecting “Oxygen Support”!!!

Describe the bug
improve the validation to remove the requirement of Asset Linkage when selecting “Oxygen Support” on the Respiratory support parameter. Keep the asset linkage for Invasive and Non-Invasive ventilator parameters. only remove for Oxygen support. Since there are no assets registered for oxygen support it is not ideal to keep the asset linking for the same.

to reproduce

• open a patient file that is not linked to any ventilator. ( Anirudh patient from Sam's Hospital)

• click on log update
• select round type as critical care
• click on the Respiratory support parameter
• select the Oxygen support
• update details
• see the error
