Vulpkanin Species Improvement Issue

Description

A semi-updated list of things todo to improve vulps as a species. Resutling from #214 .

The Corgi and dalmatian tail sprites are very bad and should be redone.
Other tails could go for tailwag sprites.
Typing indicatior for them.
NonHuman screaming sounds (Frontier has some but they are unlicensed so we opted not to use them.)
Once we get a better diet system, their own diets would be nice.
Guidebook entry for them, like the rest of the species. #297
