imgpaste plugin can only installed manually with zip-file

I recognised that the plugin imgpaste can currently only installed via downloaded zip-archive and not in the plugin section in the admin-screen in DokuWiki.

URL changed: Download URL has changed since last download. Check if the new URL is valid before updating the extension.

This is a bug in the repository plugin and needs to be fixed there.
