Current active "Mode" should be shown in user interface

Current issue

• currently it's not obvious which "mode" the editor is in in the current file

The solution you'd like

• show mode in Document Inspector
• show mode in Status Bar

Alternatives you've considered

• looked for which mode is active and it is not shown anywhere

This is a reasonable request.
I actually also considered displaying the current mode somewhere, but did not implement to CotEditor 4.8.0 but postponed to the further version to find the right place.
I'll implement it within this year.

For quick check purposes, I added the current mode display in the document inspector.
