get the two free factors for non iwip automorphisms

Is it possible to obtain the invariant splitting F_n = G * H when for a non iwip automorphism? (I would like generators of G and H)

No it is not (yet) included in the package. This is because there were no classes for subgroups of free groups when I wrote the package 10 years ago. It should be easy to get the subgroup corresponding to a subgraph of a MarkedGraph.
