Telangana in India is changing its abbreviation from TS to TG

I didn't see any way to add an alias from one to the other. Would it make sense to just duplicate the existing TS key in

countries/lib/countries/data/subdivisions/IN.yaml

Hi,

Duplicating the data would cause the count of subdivisions to be incorrect, and the Telangana subdivision would show up twice in a list of subdivisions.

In any event, the change hasn't been published in https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:IN yet, and we follow ISO data for subdivisions.

I'm keeping this open as a reminder to check ISO data later.
