I have coursera-dl working on a Windows 7 machine with Python 2.7 and it downloads the lecture materials (e.g. the video files) just fine. But I can't get it to download anything else - in particular I would like to get a copy of the discussion forums.

The commands I've tried are:

coursera_dl.py -u uuu -p ppp guitar-001

and

coursera_dl.py -u uuu -p ppp -sf "forum" guitar-001

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

John

Great. That means that it is working fine.

This is not yet implemented and I don't know one could implement it
without making the coursera folks totally mad with our script.

I'm leaning on the side of not doing it. Otherwise, not even the
course materials would be allowed and the last thing that I would want
is to fight with them, as their service has proved all of us with
great value.

Thanks,
