Expose Locality/Address in the card view for a store

For all existing stores (i.e. entries with a placeID), add either the locality or the address to the location card on the UI. This will help users understand which specific store the card is referring to, in case there are multiple stores with the same name.

Locality and Address are both fields in the DB. If Locality and Address are both available, then the preference is always to show locality. If Locality is not available but Address is available, we will show the Address.
