Display relevant UGC as part of each Place Snippet

Submissions so far indicate that users are generally interested in knowing and sharing information about each place which is dynamic and uncertain given the current situation. Based on past collected user generated content, we need to display it in an easily digestible way for new users.

For each Place, get data from the most recent submission (that mentions it) and present it visually separated from the free text submission. This should be done for the following:

1. Open and Close timings
2. Wait Time
