Opera, Safari and IE8 not properly working #3

It does replaces the word/ text, but the cursor jumps in front of the image, or dissapears from the div.
You can test it here: http://www.vunbus.com/

Chrome and Firefox are working without any problems, most IE versions as well execpt IE8, Opera and Firefox
