Handle 'login 2fa' Intelligently #122

It's an easy mistake to make, and it should be easy enough for the cli to handle.

Perhaps catch that 2fa on the end and say “perhaps you meant login2fa”?

Probably should have something similar for 'logout 2fa' as well, for consistency.
