Dear MQ team,

The De-isotoping IMS step takes at least two days to finish. Other search software seems to take only seconds to isotope. Does it really take 40 hours to deisotope IMS or could it be a bug?

Hi Maithy,

Did your problem got resolved? I'm bumping into the similar situation. Also TimsTOF from Bruker, for me it takes in average 130+ hours per file.
