Improve "Error: Application is not authorized" error handling

In the error log of the data-system, we get a lot of Error: Application is not authorized with stack dump.
This messages are pretty useless:

• this is not really an error;
• the message itself doesn't allow to understand what's happening;

Maybe could we:

• add more context to the error message, allowing to understand why we got it (application name…);
• don't display the stack trace.

This would make reading the data-system error log easier, and allow to find real errors.
