versions and version-stack are inconsistant

Seen on a server:

$ cozy-monitor versions-stack

proxy: 2.5.8
monitor: 1.3.7

cozy-monitor versions

Cozy Stack:
controller: 2.5.5  (update available: 2.5.8)
data-system: 2.5.8 
home: 2.5.12 
proxy: 2.5.8 
monitor: 1.3.7

version-stack get the controller's version from its package.json, version use the Home API. Looks like the stackapplication document has not been updated.
