All pages except test.php are blank

I've noticed it today (observed from three different computers with Linux/Windows and Firefox/Chrome so doesn't seem to be limited to one system). On January 21st when I was closing #201 the page rendered fine, so looks like something happened in the past week.

@RodionGork @jakobkogler Do you see this behavior as well? Any ideas what could be causing it?

@tcNickolas It definitely worked a few hours ago when I accepted #215.

You said that you did remove some unused projects. Maybe we did use one of those? I think only @RodionGork can clarify/fix this.

The projects I removed is https://github.com/e-maxx-eng/e-maxx-eng/projects (a tab between Pull Requests and Wiki), purely a tool for organizing tasks on Github. In the (extremely unlikely) case that they affect the website I returned the tab but it didn't fix the issue for me.

Oh. Then this will definitely be not the problem.
Then it probably has something to do with the Google App Engine.

The page works again.
But it would still be interesting why it was offline for a few hours.

I can live with an App Engine temporary outage, I was just worried that we've broken something without noticing. I'll close this
