make esgf data archive configurable #1

need to run the demo at different sides with esgf data archive configured in different ways:

Need to modify: copernicus/templates/esgf_config.xml
So that different archives are covered by the ESGF coupling module.
Need to configure in the template.
Need to also cater for variable-level publication, such as:

/cp4cds/cmip5/output1/MPI-M/MPI-ESM-LR/rcp45/mon/atmos/Amon/r1i1p1/tas
