Small style issues / improvements when window is at its smallest (horizontally)

Display messages and timer control swap places
Timer control overflows when displaying placeholder --:--:--

When window is at its smallest both horizontally and vertically

A lot of remaining Y space
Timer Control doesnt take as much space in X
Timer Control title small
Timer Control time overflows
