Blueberry Hill
3/4 Cup Sugar | 1/4 Cup Shortening |
1 Egg | 1/2 Cup milk |
2 cups blueberries, well drained | 2 cups floue |
2 tsp. baking powder | 1/2 tsp. salt |
- Mix thouroughly together sugar, shortening and egg.
- Stir in milk
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Stir in dry Mix
- Carefully blend in blueberries.
- Spread batter in greased and floured 9 inch pan
- Sprinkle
crumb-mix
over top - Bake at 375 F for 45 to 50 minutes (until wooden pick comes out clean)
1/2 cup Sugar | 1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
1/3 cup flour | 1/4 cup soft butter |
- Mix all ingredients together
- Sprinkle on top of batter
