After downloading curl-user-agents.txt, downloading device-links.txt sometimes fails #2

After downloading curl-user-agents.txt, downloading device-links.txt sometimes fails randomly or the IP changes while it does download the content. That brakes the download-stream and it will drop out a zero byte device-links.txt list.
