Some column headers are no longer clickable/sortable in Craft 3 #2975

I recently upgraded a v2 site to v3 and noticed one small difference: specifically, when looking at a list of entries, assets, etc., some of the column headers are no longer clickable/sortable.

For example, I customized my entries list to display the "Date Created" and "Date Updated" columns. In the v2 version of my site, I can click on those columns' headers to sort my list by them and change the sort order.

I can't do that in the v3 version of my site. If I want to sort by those columns, I must use the sort widget by the search field.

Can this behavior be added back into v3? I realize it's a small thing, but it's nicer and more intuitive to sort by clicking on column headers than using the sort widget.

This might be related to #2818; if so, feel free to ignore.
