ISSUE - Bugsplat when installing a skin

So i have this issue, any skin that needs "FLOW" crashes the game. What happens is when lets say i install heartseeker nasus in wooxy, than play a pratice game (everything is good in lobby queue), once the loading game screen hits the game automaticly attacks me with a bugsplat and my game automaticly starts repairing its wad files. What would be the cause of this? i was suggested to remove old wooxy files but that didint help. Also non wad stuff works fine. Did i apply the FLOW patch incorrectly? though it said everything was patched okay. Any help with this? I tried both PBE and normal game with same repair results.

Managed to fix the bugsplat in normal game by reiinstalling LOL. However on PBE the flow program gives me an error message when patching. "Flow was unable to patch your game executable".
