Adjustable layout [csp65]

There should be an option as to how each page is displayed. For instance, the main project layout should be customizable as to what order the columns are in. The main project view should also be customizable: if the users don't assign todo's to projects, that section should be able to be moved to the bottom, or removed altogether (with a warning displayed, saying that some things are not displayed, possibly only when there's data that would otherwise to be displayed).

For this to truly be effective, it should really use some nice javascript, probably some AJAX... see issue 35: [CS-Project / Version 2.x / Pre-Release / UI Redesign / Implement AJAX].
