During pre release testing on mac 12.X on arch x86 we are hitting timeout issues while starting the cluster, ending up on start to fail:

DEBU SSH command results: err: Process exited with status 124, output:  
ssh command error:
command : timeout 30s oc apply -f /opt/crc/routes-controller.yaml --context admin --cluster crc --kubeconfig /opt/kubeconfig
err     : Process exited with status 124

This does not happen on Mx-based machines?

Untested for the moment so I just reflected the ones I am sure about, feel free to edit
