get KhronosGroup glTF-Sample-Models 2.0 IridescentDishWithOlives working #76

Describe the bug
Get this example using KHR extensions to glTF 2.0 working:

To Reproduce
Check out web site and see example images and animation

Expected behavior
Something that will pass glTF conformance, if any.

This feature will be implemented in the next release. I'm going to provide more information on x3d-public when I release this feature, but can already show a preview 😊:

Nice! Now I have to figure out how to produce glTF for my math equation! We’ve already done it in OpenGL ES
