can we start doing nvm i 0.11 instead of always having to do nvm install 0.11?

this feature request is an install convention from npm.

npm supports a lot of aliases, and I don't think we should support them all (especially since nvm and npm aren't the same, nor meant to be), but I'm fine adding a few of them.
