Create Form for Plugins
Create directory structure manager for client-sided plugins
Create Plugin Manager to add / remove plugins from the client
Create API endpoint for Plugins
Download requested plugins when "adding" them to the client launcher
Check for Plugin version update
Restrict client launcher from loading if a plugin is out of date
