描述问题

Saladict官网的置顶首图，因为图床（niupic）屏蔽原因裂开且不可见了，影响官网美观。
（2024-May-20，截图记录如下）

复现步骤

打开 https://saladict.crimx.com/ 即可

期待的正常行为

显示正常的图片。

感谢提醒😂️，我做了 fallback 只是这个图床挂了它却返回正常的错误图片有点坑
