Group by: User, then by Event. So "Add Data to Worksite" appears one time, even if they added 15 pieces of data.
Change the History icon to a People icon

Name of person
The event name, i.e. "Add Data to Worksite"/
user_join_worksite-data_with_worksite, not "Added data "{patient_label_t}" to case {recipient_case_number} in {incident_name}"/user_join_worksite-data_with_worksite_pt.Also, change the name of the icon/section from "History" to "Team." And change the icon from a piece of paper to a person icon.
