Description

Inbound calls contain the incident_id in the meta data, which automatically causes the correct incident to be selected. However, when people MANUALLY SELECT a callback from the list of calls, the correct incident is not selected.

Solution

When MANUALLY SELECTING a callback from the list of calls, automatically select the correct incident.
