Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The addition of the gcovr tool in #7 requires compiler-rt to be installed in the docker images.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add -DLLVM_ENABLE_RUNTIMES="compiler-rt" to the CMake options and install the compiler-rt target.
