I notice you have a todo to remove the hard coded garland check. Would it be possible to expand this out to all armor slots if/when you make this change?
I'd like to add to this by asking for some conditional checks in the config when it comes to armor. For example, in addition to "wearing this armor gives constant gain/drain" (such as giving skulls a negative sanity drain while worn) also being able to do "this sanity effect applies/doesn't apply if this armor is being worn".
Notably, I'm putting a modpack together with a few sets of diving gear and someone asked if there was a way to disable the sanity loss from rain/being in water when wearing diving gear.
