Hello, How to use d3d8to9 with Gentool ?

Both applications have the same executable file name d3d8.dll.

If use Gentool d3d8.dll with renamed d3d8to9.dll the game also crashes at alt-tab.

If I remembered correctly, you can rename d3d8to9's dll to d3d8x.dll to make the game use Gentool and d3d8to9 at the same time.

Checked renaming. it gives nothing. performance drops very seriously and crashes appear back. Gentool and DX-Converter conflict with each other.

Maybe it's better to ask on their forums, since they even give d3d8to9 as example that works?

And it wouldn't be for d3d8to9 to fix, since d3d8to9 is a D3D8 driver drop in, which is supposed to be d3d8.dll.
