I think this is caused by the ARC patch. I can reproduce this with your config on master, the build succeeds with #1233 applied.

Do you mean merge the file with the the copy I used for the computer?
Or do you mean that it has been merge on the crosstool-ng?

@maxmenaarguedas I don't know why you're spamming an issue that was closed over 2 years ago. If you are having a problem building a toolchain with crosstool-ng feel free to raise a new issue.
