(Feature Request) Add possibility to manually add Facebook Postings to track for comments

I've used Jetpack for more than a year now and I also used the Publicize part of it to publish my posts to facebook.

Now I've switched to the Social plugin especially for the comment display. Unfortunately for all posts published to FB by Jetpack, no comments are being loaded by wp-social.

Issue might be, that many of these posts by Jetpack don't contain the post URL within the content, it's only included as shared link. Because of that I would really appreciate the possibility of manually adding facebook posts by ID or URL to a specific WP post so that the wp-social plugin can track them for comments, too. Such like the functionality you already offer for twitter.
