centos7 / centos8: mistake in documentation #58

For crowdsec documentation (https://docs.crowdsec.net/docs/getting_started/install_crowdsec), it is mentionned that with must install with yum on centos8 and dnf on centos7, which is the invert.

For bouncers, we don't provide different installation method for centos7/centos8. (eg. https://docs.crowdsec.net/docs/bouncers/firewall)
