I suspect you've overridden the entrypoint as your original example had that set. You mustn't do that now.

I've confirmed this locally now - I suspect you have

          command: [/var/run/argocd/argocd-cmp-server] # Entrypoint should be Argo CD lightweight CMP server i.e. argocd-cmp-server

in your sidecar still
