Describe the bug
I have downloaded [Frieren: Beyond Journey's End] s1e1
It has a English audio, and a corresponding cc sub.
However, in the .mkv I download the cc sub doesn't show.
To Reproduce
Steps / command to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
expect a cc sub show up in .mkv file.

Originally, I did a git pull and then built it myself. Later, I used crunchy-cli-v3.2.5-linux-x86_64. In version 3.2.5, there are two versions of the video. However, the CC subtitles are still not being displayed.

Crunchy CC subtitles often only have the title card encoded in them. I have not yet seen a CC subtitle with actual closed captions for the dubs.

That's correct. Sadly Crunchyroll only provides very poorly made CC subtitles
