Use segments in resource URI & Name? #1

When creating a set of resource Actions that use a nested directory, the previous segments are ignored when creating the route URI and names.

Example command:

php artisan make:action Admin/Post --resource

Example route annotation generated:

@Route("post", middleware="web", name="post.index")

Suggested output, which utilizes any segments:

@Route("admin/post", middleware="web", name="admin.post.index")
